Scheduling Appointments
Appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
Arrival and Check-In Procedure
For the optimal spa experience, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you may relax and allow yourself ample time to enjoy our luxurious amenities and fun & unique surroundings. Late arrival may not receive full treatment or have to reschedule in some cases.
Cancellations
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.
Returned Check
A $35 fee will be charged for each returned checked.
Valuables
We will not be responsible for any losses or damages to personal articles including clothing or jewelry. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. |
